** British advertising group confirms 50 million-pound (~$67 million) unsolicited offer by Brave Bison BBSN.L for its media division, M+C Saatchi Performance

** Says board views offer as undervaluing the division

** BBSN falls 1.9% to 79.5p

** SAA down 20%, BBSN up 95.18% this year, as of last close
