Director/PDMR Shareholding

Grant of Long-Term Incentive Plan Awards

The Company announces that on 12 December 2022 the following performance share
award (the "Award") over ordinary shares of one pence each in the capital of
the Company (the "Shares") were granted under the Company's Long Term
Incentive Plan to the following Executive Director and person discharging
managerial responsibilities:

 Director/PDMR    Number of Shares under the Award
 Moray MacLennan  878,022

The Award will vest on 31 May 2025 subject to the satisfaction of performance
conditions and continued employment as set out in the Company's 2021
Directors' Remuneration Report.

The Award is additionally subject to a two-year holding period following the
vesting date. No consideration was paid for the grant of the Award.
