** Shares of UK's ad group M&C Saatchi SAA.L down almost 11% at 112.5p, their lowest since February 2021
** Co lowers its annual profit and revenue outlook after the U.S. government shutdown hit a significant business during Q4
** Panmure Liberum analysts cut PT to 174p from 200p, but maintain 'buy' rating based on the expectation that M&C's Issues business should be back on track by the end of H1 despite some early 2026 disruptions

** YTD, SAA has fallen 34%
