The Company announces that its Chairman, Avril Palmer-Lavery (formerly Avril Palmer-Baunack), has been appointed to the board of Pinewood Technologies Group PLC as Deputy Chair and Non-Executive Director, with effect from 25 June 2026.
 
The Company also announces that its Chairman has changed her name from Avril Palmer-Baunack to Avril Palmer-Lavery. All future announcements and correspondence will reflect this name change accordingly.
