** Electronics device maker Macnica Fuji Electronics
 3132.T  dives 13 pct to 2-1/2-month low of 2,440 yen on
dilution fears
    ** Co says it will issue 1.9 million new shares and to
distribute 4.2 million shares of its treasury common stock,
through public offering  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL4N1QK32S
    ** As of the previous close, the stock had risen 14.49
percent so far this year. 
    ** Macnica Fuji Electronics Holdings Inc has underperformed
the Tokyo SE TOPIX Wholesale Trade Stock Price Index sector
 .IWHOL.T  by 2.3 percentage points in the past one month.
    ** The main stock index NIKKEI 225 INDEX  .N225  has fallen
4.02 percent in the past month. 
    ** As of 00:30 GMT, about 288.60 thousand shares of the
Kanagawa-ken-based company have been traded, about 123.3 percent
