    ** Stock at its highest since Feb 9
    ** Lithium explorer says substantial exploration target for
lithium mineralization have been defined at the Utah Project
    ** About 5 mln shares change hands, 7x the 30-day avg volume
    ** Stock down ~12% YTD as of last close
