Mandrake Resources Limited is an Australia-based company that is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of mineral resources. The Company’s segments include the Jimperding Ni-CU-PGE project and the Berinka Pine Creek Gold project. The Jimperding Ni-CU-PGE project is located approximately 30 kilometers east of Chalice Gold Mines Limited's (Chalice) Julimar Ni-Cu-PGE discovery. The project covers approximately 142 square kilometers (km2) of an exploration license. The Berinka Pine Creek Project is a prospective frontier high grade gold-silver-copper prospect. It also owns a lithium project in the Paradox Basin in southeast Utah, United States of America. It comprises a land position of over 56,000 acres (226 km2). The lithium project is located in the pro-mining jurisdiction of Utah. It also operates the Cane Creek potash mine which is located approximately 50 kilometers to the northwest of the Utah Lithium project.
