RE: Delisting of bonds issued by Mutual Securitisation plc



                                                                                          
 
The directors of the Issuer would like to announce that they have applied to the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin ("Euronext Dublin") to delist the above Notes of the Issuer from the Official List and from trading on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin.
 
Euronext Dublin has agreed to delist the Notes of the Issuer with immediate effect.
