Mutual Securitisation p.l.c. (the "Issuer")


Redemption in full of £36,000,012 (with an original principal amount of £120,000,000) 7.5873 per cent. Class A2 Limited Recourse Bonds due 2022 (ISIN: XS0086229811) (the "Class A2 Bonds")
 
The Class A2 Bonds are admitted to the official list of the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin and to trading on its regulated market and to the official list of the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange plc.
 
This announcement contains inside information and is made by the Issuer pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 (the "Market Abuse Regulation") and Regulation (EU) 2016/1055 (the "Implementing Technical Standards") relating thereto.
 
Capitalised terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Offering Circular dated 7 April 1998 in relation to the issue and offering of the Class A2 Bonds.
IRREVOCABLE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Issuer will redeem all the outstanding Class A2 Bonds in full at the Class A2 Bond Prepayment Amount on 4 August 2020 (the "Prepayment Date") at the Class A2 Bond Prepayment Amount in accordance with Condition 6(b) (Mandatory redemption in whole following prepayment of Advances) of the Class A2 Bonds. The Class A2 Bond Prepayment Amount will be calculated on the third Business Day prior to the Prepayment Date.
