Directorate Changes
 
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Mr. Derek Loh has decided to retire from the Board with effect from 30 June 2021. Mr Loh joined the Board in March 2011, and the Board is very grateful for his valued service to the Company over the years.
 
The Board is very pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Low Suk Ling as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 July 2021.
 
Ms. Low is Associate General Counsel, Asia, for Marsh McLennan, based in Singapore, and a member of the Marsh senior executive leadership team for Asia. She is admitted as a solicitor in Singapore, Hong Kong and England & Wales. 
 
After training as a lawyer, Ms Low spent a year as a Foreign Service Officer for Singapore, and then worked for a number of international law firms in Singapore and Hong Kong, latterly with Eversheds LLP. She also spent some years as Chief Legal and Compliance Counsel, South-east Asia, at Manulife and Manulife Asset Management. 
 
Ms Low holds an LLB from the National University of Singapore. 
 
There are no details to disclose under Listing Rule 9.6.13(1) to (6) in respect of the appointment of Ms Low.
