** Diversified miner signs deal with Corella Resources CR9.AX to sell a 75% stake in the Chobe Project in West Arunta, Western Australia

** CRS to emerge with A$16.5 million ($11.83 million) cash post transaction completion, co says

** Stock is down 18.1% YTD, including the session's moves

** CR9 fall as much as 6.7% to A$0.014, their lowest level since April 14
