GLO Capital Plc (the "Issuer")
 
Notice to holders of:
 
GLO Capital Plc 2018-F1 EUR Secured 5.50% NTS due 2023 ISIN GB00BG35H915 (together, the "2018-F1 Notes")
            
The 2018-F1 Notes are admitted to the official list of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. 
 
This announcement is made by the Issuer pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 (the "Market Abuse Regulation") and Regulation (EU) 2016/1055 (the "Implementing Technical Standards") relating thereto.
 
Capitalised terms used but not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the terms and conditions of the 2018-F1 Notes as set out in the Supplemental Trust Deed dated 20 November 2018 relating to the 2018-F1 Notes.
 
The Issuer announces that interest due on the 2018-F1 Notes on 20 November 2020 has not been made to holders of the 2018-F1 Notes. This is in addition to the non-payment of interest due on 20 May 2020 and 20 November 2019.
 
The assets and security backing the 2018-F1 Notes is described in the Investment Memorandum dated 20 November 2018 and principally consist of contractual rights to income arranged by GLO Advisers Ltd ("GLO").
 
As a result of the non-payment of such amounts by GLO to the Issuer, the Issuer has insufficient funds to pay interest on the 2018-F1 Notes. No action has been taken by the Issuer against GLO in respect of such payments. The obligation of GLO to make such payments to the Issuer continues.
 
No Event of Default (as defined in the terms and conditions of the 2018-F1 Notes) has been declared.
