Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions of the Notes set out in the Trust Deed (the "Trust Deed") dated 21 November 2019 and entered into between (amongst others) the Issuer and BNP Paribas Trust Corporation UK Limited, in its capacity as trustee (the "Trustee").     



The Notes are admitted to trading on the regulated market of The Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin and to trading on its regulated market. 
Incorrect Payment Amounts
It has come to the Issuer's attention that on the June Payment Date and the July Payment Date of this year, incorrect payments were made to the A Noteholders which resulted in an underpayment of principal and overpayment of interest. 
The Issuer will shortly be issuing revised Payment Date Reports in respect of the June Payment Date and the July Payment Date with the corrected calculations of principal and interest to investors in electronic form on https://gctabsreporting.bnpparibas.com. The Issuer expects that balancing payments to reflect the corrected calculations will be made to the affected A Noteholders shortly thereafter.
