RE: Changes of Directors




 
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Sanne Trustee Services Limited (the "Trustee") wishes to announce the following changes to the Board of the Trustee:
 
Mark Jonathan Fleming resigned as a Director of the Trustee on 30th June 2020.
 
Thomas Andrew Cope was appointed as a Director of the Trustee on 30th June 2020.
 
Thomas Andrew Cope has over 16 years' experience Financial Services experience with previous roles in private equity accounting and supporting finance functions in complex organisations with global footprints. Thomas is ACCA qualified and is responsible for the strategic oversight of SANNE's Group Finance team. In his role, he provides the platform for control, analyses and solutions to help SANNE meet its strategic business goals.
The Board of the Trustee confirm that, following the appointment and resignation of the aforementioned Directors, the Board is constituted of:
 
Lucy Baird 
Jonathan Ian Ferrara
Stephanie Jane Hopkins
Thomas Andrew Cope
 
Each of the members of the Board remain independent non-executive directors of the Trustee.
