The directors of Kames Capital Investment Company (Ireland) plc (the "Company") would like to announce they have applied to the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin ("Euronext Dublin") to remove the Company from the official list and from trading on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin.
 
Euronext Dublin has agreed to delist the Company with immediate effect.
