Brief: Rozetta plans full acquisition of anydooR Inc

Aug 10 (Reuters) - Rozetta Corp  6182.T  : 
     
    * Says it plans to fully acquire anydooR, Inc, a Tokyo-based 
firm which is engaged in bilingual crowdsourcing business  
    * Says co will buy 633 shares (50.12 percent stake and 
including 516 common shares and 117 class-A shares) for 732 
million yen, on Aug. 15 
    * Says co will acquire remaining 630 shares via stock swap 
on Sep. 1 
    * One share of anydooR's stock will be exchanged with 311 
shares of the company (Rozetta)'s stock 
    * 195,930 shares of the company's stock will be exchanged 
    * Says anydooR will be the wholly owned subsidiary of the 
company after the transaction
