Metals Exploration plc (AIM: MTL) ("Metals Exploration", the "Company" or the
"Group"), a gold production, development and exploration company with assets
in the Philippines and Nicaragua, is pleased to announce that Darren Bowden,
Chief Executive Officer, will host a live presentation and Q&A via the
Investor Meet Company platform on Wednesday 27 May 2026, at 09:00 am BST.
During the presentation, Darren will provide an overview of the Company's
final audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions

26 May 2026, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
