April 15 (Reuters) - MFE-MediaForEurope MFEB.MI reported a rise in its full-year net profit to 300.7 million euros ($355 million) on Wednesday, more than doubling last year's earnings after completing the acquisition of German broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1 PSMGn.DE.
The TV group controlled by Italy's Berlusconi family said it expects 2026 to be a transitional year, after "transformational deals that have significantly reshaped" its scale.
With the acquisition of 75.6% of ProSiebenSat.1 and 32.9% of Portugal's Impresa, MFE will operate in six European countries.

2025 EBIT fell by 33% to 238.6 million euros from last year, hit by restructuring expenses and transaction costs
Group net advertising revenues rose to 3.24 billion euros in 2025, from 2.7 billion euros in 2024
MFE says 2026 began with positive first quarter in Italy, while Spain and Germany remain in negative territory
MFE proposes dividend of 0.22 euros per share
MFE says target for 2026 is to improve profitability and generate free cash flow on consolidated basis
Net financial debt at year-end stood at 2.70 billion euros, down from 2.85 billion euros at the end of September.
