Raiway, Ei Towers extend talks over TV tower tie-up to end-June MILAN, June 16 (Reuters) - Shareholders of Italian broadcasting tower operators Rai Way <RWAY.MI> and EI Towers said on Tuesday they had agreed to extended exclusive talks over a potential merger to June 30, beyond an existing June 15 deadline.
