Availability of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM:MBH), the specialist brick manufacturer,
announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2025, together with the Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting,
are available for viewing on the Company's website,

shareholders that have elected to receive a hard copy.

The Company's Annual General Meeting is to be held at the offices of Burges
Salmon LLP, 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3BF on Thursday 21 May 2026 at
11.00 a.m. Details of the resolutions proposed at the AGM are set out in the
Notice of AGM.
