("MBH", the "Company" or the "Group")

Total Voting Rights - 30 June 2023

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company's issued share capital as at 30 June
2023 consisted of 95,903,579 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares"), of which 1,102,000 Ordinary Shares were held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 94,801,579.

The above figure of 94,801,579 may be used by shareholders in the Company as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the DTRs.

The Company made a purchase of 10,000 Ordinary Shares on the 28 June 2023.
This will therefore result in the total number of Ordinary Shares held in
Treasury, once received, being 1,112,000 and the total number of voting rights
in the Company as 94,791,579.
