announces a historic TR-1 as detailed below. As at 18 March 2024, Hosking
Partners LLP control voting rights over 3.2% of the Company's issued share
capital.
Hosking Partners LLP also has legal title over a further 8.4% of the Company's
issued share capital, for which it acts as non-discretionary investment
manager for underlying clients who control the voting rights and have full
discretion.
