Jan 27 (Reuters) - LanTroVision (S) Ltd  LNTO.SI : 
 * LanTroVision S Ltd and Mirait Singapore Pte. Ltd. are pleased to announce the proposed acquisition by the Offeror 
 * Company and offeror have entered into an implementation agreement 
 * In consideration for such transfer, each of the shareholders as at the books closure date will be entitled to receive S$3.25 in cash for each share
