    * Says it will distribute 49,200 shares of its treasury
common
stock at 1,732 yen per share, to raise 85.2 million yen in
total, through private placement to its wholly owned unit MIRAIT
Corporation, on Sept. 20
    * Says MIRAIT Corporation will use 49,200 shares of the
company to
fully acquire a 48.6 percent-owned unit HOPE NET Co,Ltd, through
stock swap  
    * Says one share of HOPE NET will be exchanged for 80 shares
of
