Sept 22 (Reuters) - Fila Korea Ltd  081660.KS  
    * Acushnet Holdings - Magnus Holdings entered loan 
agreement with certain Korean financial institutions for term 
loans of korean Won 399.2 billion 
    * Acushnet Holdings - unless repaid prior to maturity, new 
Magnus loans will mature on date falling 36 months after 
drawdown of new Magnus term loans 
    * Acushnet Holdings Corp - loan agreement also includes a 
revolving credit loan of Korean Won 10.0 billion
