Italy's FILA launches accelerated bookbuild to sell 7% of India's DOMS June 16 (Reuters) - Italian stationary maker FILA FILA.MI launched on Tuesday the placement of up to 4.25 million shares in India's DOMS DOMS.NS through an accelerated bookbuilding.
Proceeds from the sale will be used to optimise capital structure, deleverage, and pursue FILA's strategic goals, including possible mergers and acquisitions, the company said.
FILA currently holds 26% of DOMS.
The Italian group will retain a stake of no less than 19% in upon completion of the placement.
In November 2025 FILA said the market value of its 26% stake was worth around €380 million euros ($440.76 million).
As DOMS' single largest shareholder, once the placement will be completed FILA said it would maintain its so-called "promoter" status
FILA agreed to a 90-day lock-up period for any remaining shares in DOM it will hold after the placement.
