over 4% after its Indian unit Doms filed on Tuesday draft papers
for an initial public offering worth 12 billion rupees ($144.53
million)
** Doms will issue new shares worth 3.5 billion rupees,
while existing shareholders will sell shares worth 8.5 billion
rupees, the draft prospectus shows
** "The draft demonstrates that the project is continuing in
the expected timeframe," Kepler Cheuvreux analyst Niccolò Storer
says
** Doms' board approved an initial public offering back in
July
** Including today's rise, the stock has gained 19.54% YTD
to 8.3 euros ($9.08), highest since August 2022
