    * Says it formed business and capital alliance with Asahi 
Kasei Homes 
    * Says two entities to cooperate on building project, 
condominium business, repair of existing condominiums, and 
renovation project 
    * Says Asahi Kasei Homes to acquire 9,911,000 shares in 
total of the co, from HASEKO Corporation and Hankyu Corporation 
    * Says Asahi Kasei Homes to hold 30.3 percent voting rights 
in the co up from 0 percent, HASEKO Corporation to hold 8 
percent voting rights in the co down from 29.2 percent, and 
Hankyu Corporation to sell entire holding shares (9 percent 
voting rights) of the co
