    * Says it plans to issuance 9th series unregistered and 
unsecured private convertible bonds worth 6 billion won  
    * Says coupon rate is 3 percent and yield to maturity is 9 
percent for the bonds  
    * Conversion price is 8,214 won/share and conversion ratio
