MSCI to remove ride-hailing firm GoTo from Indonesia index Aug 12 (Reuters) - Indonesian ride-hailing firm GoTo Gojek Tokopedia GOTO.JK will be deleted from MSCI's Indonesia index at the end of this month, the global index provider said in its quarterly index review on Wednesday.
