Notice to the shareholders of

UBS (Lux) Fund Solutions - Factor MSCI EMU Quality ESG UCITS ETF, UBS (Lux)
Fund Solutions - Factor MSCI EMU Prime Value ESG UCITS ETF and UBS (Lux) Fund
Solutions - MSCI China ESG Universal Low Carbon Select UCITS ETF

(the "Funds")

 

Dear Shareholder,

We are writing to you as a shareholder of the Company ("Shareholder") to
inform you of the following upcoming changes to the Funds.

Capitalised terms used herein, unless otherwise defined, shall have the same
meaning as given to them in the prospectus of the Company (the "Prospectus").

 

1.         Index Replacement

The board of directors of the Company hereby informs you as a Shareholder of
the Funds that the underlying indices of the Fund will be updated to the "New
Indices" as set out in the table below.

The changes are being implemented as MSCI Limited, the index administrator of
the indices, will introduce modifications to the name of each Fund's reference
index on 3 February 2025.

 

For the avoidance of doubt each Fund's investment objective, investment
policy, risk profile and fees will remain unchanged.

 

2.         Name Change

In addition, the name of the Funds will be updated to the "New Name" as set
out in the table below to align with the respective New Indices being tracked
by the Funds.

The abovementioned changes will become effective as of the 3 February 2025 and will be reflected in the next version of the Prospectus.
