April 21 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes inched higher on Tuesday as renewed artificial intelligence optimism and strong corporate earnings bolstered markets battered by constant back-and-forth over the resolution of the Middle East conflict.  .N

At  11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.18% at 49,351.39. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.27% at 7,090.09, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.10% at 24,378.82.
