stock to HAMADA CORPORATION. through private placement for 930.5
million yen in total (648 yen per share), on June 2
* Says proceeds will be invested in transfer expenses of
equipment, working capital and new equipment purchase
* Says HAMADA CORPORATION. will raise voting power of the co
to 50.9 percent from 16.9 percent
* Says Hitachi Zosen Corporation's voting power will be
decreased to 8.5 percent from 14.5 percent
