Jan 25 (Reuters) - Hitachi Ltd 6501.T and NEC Corp 6701.T are seeking to raise a total of up $2.1 billion by selling off their stakes in Japanese chipmaker Renesas Electronics Corp 6723.T , Bloomberg News reported on Thursday.
