** Stock logs third session of consecutive gains
** Gold explorer signs mining agreement with MEGA resources for Yarri gold project in Western Australia
** MEGA to fully fund development in Yarri gold project, with NES to retain 30% of profits
** About 37.4 mln shares traded, 12.3x the 30-day average
** YTD stock up 220%, including current session's move
