Nuclear firm Newcleo to list on Nasdaq via merger with NewHold Investment Corp III MILAN, May 27 (Reuters) - Nuclear energy company Newcleo plans to list on the U.S. Nasdaq stock exchange through a merger with NewHold Investment Corp III, the firm founded by Italian physicist Stefano Buono said on Wednesday.
The transaction gives a pre-money value to the company of $2.4 billion, Newcleo said.
