PRAGUE, Feb 7 (Reuters) - Workers at Nexen Tire's Czech
plant ended a week-long strike on Tuesday after an agreement on
wage increases, Czech Television reported.
Strikes are very rare labour action in the central European
country. The capacity of the Nexen Tire plant, located in Zatec,
84 km (52 miles) north-west from Prague, is 11 million tires a
year, according to the KOVO trade union where workers at the
company belong.
