    * Says it plans to fully acquire 100 percent stake of shares 
in a Kanagawa-based car component maker Nippon Reinz Co Ltd, 
from Germany firm Reinz Dichtungs GmbH and Mitsubishi Cable 
Industries Ltd 
    * Says acquisition amount is totaling 2.7 billion yen and 
transaction date on Nov. 30
