Corrects number in headline to 11,000 yen, not 11,00 yen TOKYO, April 3 (Reuters) - Japan's Nidec Corp 6594.T said on Thursday it would launch a tender offer for Makino Milling Machine shares at 11,000 yen ($74.81) per share starting on Friday as planned. The Japanese manufacturing giant in December announced plans to launch a 257 billion yen bid for Makino Milling Machine, at a 42% premium at the time, even without Makino's consent.
