Nidec founder and chairman Nagamori resigns from board, company says
TOKYO, Dec 19 (Reuters) - Japanese electric motor maker Nidec 6594.T said founder and chairman Shigenobu Nagamori had resigned from the board as of Friday. CEO and President Mitsuya Kishida would succeed him as chairman of the board, Nidec said in a statement. Nagamori would take the title of chairman emeritus.
