* Says it will acquire four units of Cryogenic
Industries,Inc., ACD, LLC, Cosmodyne, LLC, Cryoquip, LLC, and
Cryogenic Industries AG through two units of the company
,CRYOGENIC INDUSTRIES HOLDINGS, INC., and Tokyo-based unit
* Says it will hold 100 percent voting power of the four
units after transaction
* Acquisition price is $438 million, or about 49 billion yen
* Effective August
