** Stock hits their lowest level since August 4

** Critical-minerals explorer says will raise up to A$2.5 mln ($1.65 mln) via share purchase plan

** Issue price of A$0.06, represents a discount of 17.8% to stock's last close

** About 1.4 mln shares traded, 2x the 30-day average

** YTD stock down 1.5%, including current session's move
