Dividend Timetable

 

Oxford, UK - 24 April 2026: NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) is pleased to announce
the following timetable for its proposed final dividend in respect of the
financial year ended 31 December 2025.

·      Dividend per share: 1.55 pence

·      Ex-dividend date: 21 May 2026

·      Record date: 22 May 2026

·      Payment date: 22 June 2026

The proposed dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's
Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2026.
