* Says it plans to fully acquire a 100 percent stake in a
Kanagawa-based firm which is mainly engaged in property
management and securities related business, at totaling 407
million yen, on April 3
* Says the Kanagawa-based firm's wholly owned kiln
construction subsidiary will also be the wholly owned unit of co
accordingly
