A$0.013, their biggest intraday percentage gain since Jan 29
    ** Stock hits its highest level since Feb 28
    ** The copper explorer says it signed an exclusivity
agreement to buy a property in the major Uranium Belt of Namibia
    ** Says agreement to acquire 80% interest in 7,000 HA claim
    ** About 7.8 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 123,277
    ** Stock down 16.7% YTD, based on last close
