** The gold explorer announces A$1.5 million ($975,600.00) capital raising at A$0.030 per share

** Fundraise is at a discount of 6.3% to its last close

** Co says proceeds to be used for exploration and drilling programmes at its Darlington, Wildwood and other key projects

** Stock up 112.5% YTD, including moves in current session
