* Says NTN and its subsidiary in the U.S.(defendants) have
reached an agreement to settle with certain plaintiffs on
November 17, regarding the class action lawsuits in the U.S.
* Says the plaintiffs of the class actions alleged that the
defendants conspired with other peers to fix prices of bearing
sales, and sought damages, injunctive relief, and other relief
against defendants
* Says the co and its subsidiary agreed to pay $10.05
million to the indirect purchasers
