Director/PDMR Dealing

The Company has been notified that on 15 May 2026, Geoffrey Gamble, Chairman
of the Company, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 10.0p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 20.25p per share. Following this
transaction, Geoffrey Gamble’s beneficial interest is 315,290 Ordinary
Shares which equates to 4.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been notified that on 15 May 2026, Simon Like, the
Company’s Investment Manager, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 10.0p each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 20.6p per share. Following
this transaction, Simon Like’s beneficial interest is 222,564 Ordinary
Shares which equates to 2.86% of the issued share capital of the Company.
