Dec 5 (Reuters) - OCI Co Ltd  010060.KS  : 
     
    * Says its unit OCI Solar Power LLC will sell U.S.-based 
wholly owned subsidiary OCI Solar San Antonio 6 LLC, which is 
engaged in developing solar power generation equipment, to 
improve capital efficiency  
    * Transaction amount is 450.77 billion won  
    * Says its unit OCI Solar Power LLC will hold 0 percent 
stake in OCI Solar San Antonio 6 LLC, after the transaction
