Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading provider of claims prevention
technology for home insurers (the "Company"), is pleased to announce the
appointment of Graham Bird as Non-Executive Director of the Company with
immediate effect.
Graham brings over 30 years of experience spanning financial advisory,
investment management and executive leadership. A chartered accountant who
qualified with Deloitte in London, Graham has worked extensively in advisory,
investment, commercial and financial roles. Graham has built a plural career
in the public markets, having served as Chief Financial Officer of XP Factory
plc and previously held Non-Executive Director roles at, Journey Group plc,
Rockwood Strategic plc, Fireangel Safety Technology plc, SpaceandPeople plc
and Universe Group plc.
Graham brings a strong background in financial reporting, performance
analysis, business strategy, and corporate finance, including M&A, debt
and equity funding. He brings experience in investor relations and has a
proven commitment to enabling sustainable business growth and driving value
for stakeholders in dynamic and growing sectors. Prior to XP Factory, Graham
was one of the founding employees at fund management boutique Gresham House
plc where, in addition to supporting the company's growth, he was responsible
for establishing and managing the successful strategic equity business unit,
which focused on both quoted and unquoted equity investments.
Before this, Graham spent six years in senior executive roles at PayPoint Plc.
He was also head of strategic equity investment at SVG Investment Managers,
having previously been at JPMorgan Cazenove, where he served as a director in
the corporate finance department.
In addition to his Non-Executive Director duties, Graham has also entered a
consulting agreement with the Company whereby he will work closely with the
Finance team to provide additional support to the Company's finance function
during this period of financial repositioning.

With effect from his appointment, Graham Bird will serve as a member of the
